hello medha, B.tech students are not eligible for the UGC NET Exam. They must be qualifying or qualified for their Masters. What is eligiblity for appearing in net exam 2016 and when it"ll be held. As I have done my masters in Sanskrit and b.ed from Hindi history so for which subject I prefer for net. I have 55% in my b.ed . Am eligible or nit.
So June 2016 exam will be conducted and online application will be given on April or May month. you can appear on your PG degree subject only.
