After completing BTech in CSE/IT, you have taken multi-operating system with Linux and Unix/Linux shell scripts, and that's ok.
Now, you should try and fetch a decent job. Parallelly, you can do additional courses on the weekends. It will be an added advantage which would help you to have more priority scheduling to get a job better than the current post in future.
