My brother has completed his B.tech recently and has trained with Linux+Shell scripting. As a fresher are these courses enough to help him get a job or does he require any additional courses ?

After graduation and to get the desired job, a candidate should be pro in at least one of the stream that is in market demand currently. To enhance the resume one should do some internship on the live project or have a diploma/ certification in the interested field.
