Dear Srihari, you have to clear each stage conducted by SSC to get the joining letter. Mainly the aptitude tests conducted by ssc.

You have to score max marks to get a job in SSC in each tier .simply qualifying won't get you the job.coming to process SSC CGL got 4 tiers you have to score max 450/600 to get a job. No the questions which you will not attempt dont give you negative marking.
