In SSC stenographer exam if I am not attempting any question so then will negative rule apply on those questions?

If you are not attempting any question, then there will not be any negative marks . The questions which you will not attempt, will not be evaluated. Negative marks will be given, only when u solve a question and get a wrong answer.
