The world has witnessed the transition from primitive society to pastoral society to agricultural one to manufacturing one to service one and finally what we are living in i.e the knowledge one. One can be never sure of the vagary of the forces of change that are rapidly engulfing society and propelling it rapidly from one stag to another in the throes of rapid progress.man is a mere puppet dancing to this ever changing stages of of civilization and has to sit by the by the sidelines and quietly obverse this distinct ever folding change,he has has to be involuntarily be a part of this process and has no control over it. Here we can very fondly remember the famous thinker Karl Marx who predicted that society would undergo this change again and again. But India is not an a exception to this phenomena since ancient times non other then lord Buddha promulgated his words of wisdom that nothing is permanent in this word but only change is permanent.
