I joined spoken English classes eight times group classes and private classes but no improvement I am failed.

First of all its not your failure, secondly there could be plenty of reasons. I personally highly recommend one to one coaching under proper guidance. Remember if you can write, you can speak as well.

Like even a lizard can cast the shadow of a crocodile when in reality, it is just a lizard. English is easy. It is just another language. Think about how you learned your mother tongue. Was it that hard? Did you have to join eight institutes to learn that? Think, you will find your answer.
