There's only one English language in the world but has several accents. Indians speak in Indian accent, Americans speak in US accent, Britains speak in UK accent and so on.

Even within terms like Indian English, there are several variations, all of whom may not be officially or formally recognised. Each variety comes with its own flavour, colour, vocabulary, syntax, phrases and spellings. The trend today is to acknowledge these beautiful varities of several "Englishes", each coming from a different culture. The varieties are in spoken as well as written form. You see, even this content here posted by me is not in accordance with the established rules of the language as per Standard British English - but it exists.
