There's only one English language in the world but has several accents. Indians speak in Indian accent, Americans speak in US accent, Britains speak in UK accent and so on.

Each variety comes with its own flavour, colour, vocabulary, syntax, phrases and spellings. The trend today is to acknowledge these beautiful varities of several "Englishes", each coming from a different culture. The varieties are in spoken as well as written form.
