This makes the process much more challenging. Like at every level, once the teacher and the student are attuned to each other, the experience is rewarding.

English, as a language, is only one. But there are several variations and diversities, like American English, Indian English, Caribbean English, and so on. Even within terms like Indian English, there are several variations, all of whom may not be officially or formally recognised. Each variety comes with its own flavour, colour, vocabulary, syntax, phrases and spellings. The trend today is to acknowledge these beautiful varities of several "Englishes", each coming from a different culture. The varieties are in spoken as well as written form. You see, even this content here posted by me is not in accordance with the established rules of the language as per Standard British English - but it exists. Step aside, British English - your far-flung cousins are here to claim their space too!
