Keep the same outlook to learn and speak English as you would have for speaking Spanish, French and other foreign language. Fear grips us because we think if we fail at something, others will laugh at us or judge us. You have to outgrow this fear. This will only come when you are accept yourself as you are and give yourself the chance to be okay with it and move on, and then the fear will cease gradually.
