Prateema, The more you speak,the more fluent you will be in English language. You can take a friends help who is proficient in this language.Practice with him/her,gradually you will notice the difference. Read English newspapers, magazines and books to improve your vocabulary... Hope this helps!

First of all read newspapers articles on daily basis ..listen audio tapes by English native speakers as they speak naturally. ..u will have command over the language.
