Handling will differ from person to person and its an art. If you do an assessment that's the best way because you can have an idea what that person is and can handle the circumstance well.

Whatever the student may think, but it is essential for a teacher to test whether what he thinks about himself is right before starting the class. One who knows that he knows must be able to understand what we speak, so it is not essential that we should know his mother tongue. We can improve his accent and communication skills by taking class. One who knows that he knows not, should be trained from the basic. It will be easier if the teacher is familiar with his mother tongue. So that she can make him understand the hard words in English through his mother tongue. One who knows not that he knows, lacks the confident level. It can be increased by practice. One who knows not that he knows not. It is little bit hard to train this kind of students. First we should make them to accept what they say is wrong only then we can proceed further. The next step is to correct their mistakes and make them to accept it read less

Speak clearly and pronounce your words correctly. Recognize that people wrongly think that turning up the volume somehow creates instant understanding Do not cover or hide your mouth because listeners will want to watch you as you pronounce your words Do not use baby talk or incorrect English.

The requirement needs to be carefully categorized and solutions needs to be drawen and suggested. At times there is a fervent need to analyze the expectation management from both sides
