Dear, to speak in an elite way, the most important thing to do is "THINK IN ENGLISH." So how would you think in English if you are unaware of the language? There is a simple solution to that as well, and that is listening and reading. Reading novels help better than reading newspaper as they contain dialogs of common conversation. And as far as listening portion is concerned, there are different ways like watching English programmes and movies or the YouTube. You can prefer anything.
