Also read newspapers everyday, underline new words that you see make a note of them and try to use them in daily conversations regardless of how incorrect is your grammar....

News readers/interviewers who are employed by reputed television / radio stations may be your role model in this. 2. ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN ENGLISH CONVERSATION YOURSELF.
