Hi Rajeswari, I think you should first focus on learning grammar. Since i find basic grammatical errors in your question itself. Fluency shall come with time as you practice these learned concepts in your regular conversations.

Hi ,if you are not speaking English continuously then no problem at all.Its your hesitation which does not allow you to do so.First you daily practice to speak with yourself through mirror only for 3 days 1 hour per day and experience a miracle change in you . Thank you..
