To improve your Reading & Writing skills , Try to read English Articles from papers, magazines ,Novels,Stories or whatever source you feel comfortable with. Nowadays, everything is Available on Google itself too.The more you will read, You will develop a grip over the language & Will definitely learn new Words too. For Writing, You can begin with your Routine Diary to be written daily. Along with this, try to write any paragraph (an esaay or anything) on a daily basis. READING FROM A SOURCE &WRITING ITS SUMMARY SIMULTANEOUSLY can also be a major source of help for you.

For speaking you can see English movies with subtitles and moreover see every movie with subtitles. This will improve your vocabulary. For writing you write daily about anything that you experienced in a day or you will right about your dreams and write Stories!

For writing in English you should know the words, prounications and spelling of what you are going to write. You should know what you are writing and its meaning. For reading you should read newspaper and check you tube videos.

I'm sure consistent efforts in this way will give you some good results over a period of time. Be Patient, don't expect a miracle in a short time!
