Speking Can and Can't is little tricky . It takes lot of practice and you need to understand technicality .However, in short, Can is pronounced little relaxd eg. Caan while Can't sound is bit abrupt eg:Can. In Indian way you may stress on 'a' in Can and on 't' in Can't . Hope it's clear .

There is a clear distinction in pronunciation specially in Indian accent. In 'can' we generally stress on 'a' and in 'can't ' , 't' sound is the most prominent.

Can denotes the ability to do anything whereas can't is inability to do. While pronunciation, 1) CAN - it should be pronunced as KEN. 2) CAN'T - as KANT.
