1. Speak your daily routine in ONLY 1st form of the verb.
For e.g.,
I woke up at 6'o clock, wear my slippers, go to the toilet, wash, wipe my hands and hang the towel on the hanger. I apply the paste on the brush, brush my teeth, rinse my mouth and wipe my hands with a towel. Then, I go to the washroom, fill water in a bucket for taking a bath. I take a shower.
After that, I go to the kitchen. I take a pot. I pour water in the pot. I keep the pot on the gas then, put sugar, tea leaves and pour the milk. Then, I sieve the tea into the cups and serve.

If you look at this daily routine, you notice that we use only 1 st form of the verb to describe our daily routine.
** All the discussions, debates, general topics are discussed in 1 st form of verb**
