Usually, a c or g sound is hard or soft depending on the vowel that follows it. Here's the general rule:

When c or g meets a, o, or u, its sound is hard.

cap, cave, colt, comedy, curly, cuddle
gas, gather, goblet, goddess, gum, gutter
When c or g meets e, i, or y, its sound is soft.

census, center, circle, citizen, cycle, cymbal
gel,...  more»

If u can understand the language u can speak the same.. First , always listen to news channels like BBC or CNN, make it your daily routine. In the beginning you may find it difficult to keep up but later it will be fine. If you want to speak you must look for the opportunities to speak. If you have a friend who speaks English speak to them only in English. With time you will get comfortable with the language then start trying to speak to others. May be just an introduction to start off. And practice introducing yourself or make a small speech on everyday simple topics and start saying that to your close friends or relatives or even to yourself in front of the mirror!! It doesn't matter as long as you try to speak the language you will be able to!!! «less
