Mind is an instrument where you feed process the information and make alternative choices and build up your belief systems which intern builds up you as a human & light -being. Mind is not only a part of your physical body but your etheric and spiritual bodies too ( this is a reason when u feel some fear..it hits your solar plexus and u have ballons in your stomach going all around) and you feel expansive when u have a happy news...its an instrument to access divine energy and ascend your soul in next dimension of reality of this universe.....Spirituality is the path to connect with the essence of your spirit which is the highest and purest form of you which is GOD-like which your soul is forgotten in the physical body. So the relationship is : Your Mind helps you to choose, find and seek spirituality in you to ascend towards GOD and merge in the PURE SPIRIT of ALMIGHTY. read less
