There isn’t a single fixed rule, it's totally dependent on the person if He/She is beginner then 20/30 minutes and if He/She is on advance level then 60/90 mins and there are some other factors that's totally depends on person goals and health conditions. 

Consistency matters more than duration.

Multiple reasons are there, Always face to face interaction is best compared to online for best and effective learning. Also parents always want to reduce the screen time of the kids, as prolonged screen time may hurt the kids eyes.
