CIVIL engineering all subject teacher.

Creativity is the best way to solve problems. Two associates were having trouble understanding the work that the other one did, and this was impacting the overall group. I pitched that the two individuals switch roles for two weeks to better understand their impact on the organization's success.

I try to solve all problems creatively. Once my student was not participating in the class activities and neither was doing the work given to him. Instead of scolding him I sat with him and discussed his situation and navigated ways to help his situation and to made him do his work
