It is incredible to ask such a question! :) Just to humor all .... Communication is a ONE WAY STREET with traffic flowing BOTH WAYS , in regulated and controlled manner! Communication has incredibly "NOTHING" to do with Grammar. (note the quotes) Communication is about bringing the other to your level OR getting down to the others level and the third aspect in this statement is - accepting the higher level of the other... Communication FIRST is about LISTENING. It is WRONG to ask "Why we need communication?" ... incredibly wrong.(the word "skills" has been intentionally removed as it s a post fix to any thing required!!!!) Please ask "What is communication!?" It is amazing how majority of the answers are related to getting jobs/ job related... sheesh! read less
