I was call to deliver a session on Problem Solving and Decision Making. While i walked in, I found that the average age of participants is 50 years. I converted the call room setup in board room setup. Few participants were make HOD and a few observer. The session was engaging and experential learning as well.

In my previous role, I was given a task with an expectation to be completed in the routine way. I presented an alternative to approach the given task. Initiatially my proposal did not receive any response. I kept patience, and dicided to approach each stakeholder individually, explaining them the Features, Advantage and Benefit on the new approach. After constant persuation with focus on larger objective I was successful getting everybody on board.

As a trainer and coach, this is what I need to do everytime. Recentlly, I was managing two different assignement simultaniously. One was a group of young graduates being trained in interview skills, the other was a senior professional being trained in communication techniques. At both the places, I had to adapt Transactional Analysis apporach... with young grads it was a Parent-child style where on other assignment it was adult-to-adult conversion.
