Typically it would take 1 month to get trained on the skills but learning does not and should not stop with that 1 month training. It is a continuous process.

Start with charging per class or per assignment! dont go below 300 per class as that is a standard market rate anywhere i guess. Later once you see the reviews adjust it accordingly. hope it helps.
