Communication skills is a vast need of our day to day activity . It depends on your attitude and behavior of understanding n working upon the need of an hour . It has no relation to which school u study . Do u mean to say students coming from govt school do not have effective communication skill , let me remind you that most of the IAS , IPS n IFS are from govt schools n they help in making good nation , so it is not the school which matters it depends on the individual how effective their skill is ? And to polish your skill you have to work on it individually and delicately . Schools have classes full of students and teachers are pushed for main subjects so can't put attention on so minute things for class load of students . This is very effective part of our life which helps an individual to be successful in journey of life . Thanks and regards read less

When you talk about "English communication", yes it matters, from which schooling, you are from? though it is an exemption for few because it also depends on "how much you are exposed to communicate", be it from any schooling background.
