SAP HCM is a more apt module for you. Working in HCM module will give you a competitive advantage as compared to SAP FI where you will work as a fresher.

I have completed B.com, MBA F&M and done SAP MM Consultant level training after 5 yrs of experience in SAP MM end-user, but I am not getting job opening for SAP MM Consultant fresher.
