I have 8 years experience in Software implementation (Recruitment, payroll, school management), GAP analysis, and product support. I don't have any certification as such, hence difficult in finding a proper job. What do you suggest will help me find a decent job.

You can stick to that or you want you could move to Office 365. This is a demanding course and you will get offer if you have good communication skill. Initially you will get 20K approx. Once you switch you will get 5/6 L /A.

Hello Vinoth.. Yes you can always switch from Mainframe to SAP. Note u may have to start from scratch. SAP is a demanding technology. You can go for SAP Training and then become a SAP Admin
