As you have specialisation Finance & HR, you can go for SAP-FICO or SAP HCM or Successfactors or Workday. All are in demand. Salesforce is more suitable for marketing specialisation.

Hi, I would suggest going to S4 Hana Finance (Simple Finance), S4hana is new technology & once you will learn this. Then there FICO will be almost covered; this module is a backbone of any organization & they are implemented.
