MDM helps in creation/updation of data from single source to various systems so overall it eases out Data related issues in HUGE organizations. MM is just another module of SAP which maybe or may not be working with MDM as add on

Hi, in my opinion, you should go for SAP PS. It is growing these days. Much coding is not required. You can easily do certification in SAP and join top 10 companies with an average package of 8 lakhs.

You can stick to that or you want you could move to Office 365. This is a demanding course and you will get offer if you have good communication skill. Initially you will get 20K approx. Once you switch you will get 5/6 L /A.
