Hi, I have completed my graduation in bachelor of commerce in distance education and I have 2+ years experience in payroll and query management... Now I want to do sap courses which relate to my carrier.... And also I have planned to do a communication course in British council at chennai.... The above mentioned is my pre plans for my carrier. Please advice and correct me if am wrong in some where...

Payroll in SAP falls under the SAP HCM more commonly known as SAP HR. I would suggest you find out everything that this course would entail by talking to authorized agencies providing training. Are you working on SAP system in your current job. That would be a big boost for you in terms of helping in getting a job in any IT company. However if you have no hands on experience on SAP, a certification training will be a good place to begin with. No British council nor Russels English could train them to achieve the crisis they faced. In fact, these categories of graduates or post graduates should take a time to study English magazines, watch English movies and create their own English conversing groups or make good English speaking friends.
