Hello Everyone, I have 5 yr worked experience as End user in SAP PLM I had inquiry about SAP course but should not necessary / mandatory to do SAP certification course for job. So what should i do next this situation ? Please suggest me any solution for how I get SAP Consultant job without SAP certification in reputed MNC company ? I would really appreciate your valuable guidance for my career. Thanks.

Hi, Yes certification is not mandatory for getting a job in SAP yeah it would be advantageous for you. End user work and consultant work is totally different so if you want to get job into SAP means you need to take training on implementation prospective. Thanks Sabitri

You can apply to RAMCO systems directly. They may value people with SAP experience. If you tell your basic qualifications, etc it will be easier to advise. I have done certification but but in certification training you will gain knowledge of subject theoretically not practically wise they will teach interns of exam point of you. Example I'm finding good trainer to learn real time teaching.

SAP HANA Online Training

Learn SAP HANA and try for opportunities. It will be advantage to get job along with your end user experience. Certification is added advantage. But its not mandatory to get job. First learn & get a good job later look out for certification.

Which module would be preferable SAP FI-CO or SAP ABAP for a non-techie and non-finance background guy?
Hi, Now cloud computing is ruling over everywhere.. Instead of SAP-FICO, you can opt s/4 Hana simple Finance. . If you are a non-techie guy, you can go with functional modules.
