If you are new to your job your recruiter needs to make sure that you get all kind of training to handle your responsibilities successfully. Instant solution to your problem is preparing some script (in your native language/English) which you need to practice until you feel confident, and start using it with various clients you meet. I assume that most of your clients must be understanding your language, so go ahead and speak in native language, because if your client understands you nothing else matters.
