I am a certified Yoga Instructor with a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification and a Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.). I am passionate about helping individuals achieve better physical and mental well-being through yoga.
I teach both online and offline classes for beginners and adults, focusing on flexibility, weight management, strength, posture correction, stress management, Pranayama, meditation, and guided relaxation. My teaching approach emphasizes proper alignment, breathing, and safe practice, ensuring that students progress confidently at their own pace.
I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. My goal is to create a positive, supportive environment where students can build healthy habits, improve their overall fitness, and enjoy the lifelong benefits of yoga.
