Generally, a good rule of thumb is to cut right back on sugar, simple carbs (such as bread and pasta), fried foods and alcohol, and to replace them with plenty of vegetables, lean proteins, foods rich in healthy fats (such as oily fish, avocado and nuts), and wholegrains and pulses. Breakfast options. Fruit of choice: 1 banana, 1 apple, 1 pear, 1 orange, or 1 cup blueberries, blackberries, raspberries or sliced strawberries with 6 ounce container of non-fat/low-fat Greek yogurt (plain or flavored) topped with one optional tablespoon of chia seeds.

Yes, yoga course can also be done like 200 RT from yoga vidya gurukul , kaiivalyadham etc. Also pune university runs various courses for MA
