I am a go-getter who always am very inquisitive and hence also like my students also to be interactive and never to keep any doubts unanswered. I am Engineer in Information Technology. I am giving home tution since last 1 year. I have been working in IT since last 4 years. I have taught grade 1-10 students at a learning centre for disadvantaged children for 3 years and at a government english medium school as a teach for india fellow for 2 years. I have also provided private one-to-one classes. Additionally, I have been a trainer for teachers and government officials, working closely to influence state level education policies. In my most recent job I headed the program design department in educational NGO. Currently as I'm doing this alongside a full time job, I'm only available for online tutoring. I started teaching just as a hobby and now it has grown out to be the thing that I enjoy the most. Teaching school children enables me to work on their basics, and I am challenged to be nurturing, creative and patient. I try to make the learning experience more interactive and engaging. I do not believe in traditional mugging-up and do only what you are asked to approach. Instead I want my students to think independently and I focus on strengthening their basics first.In my opinion, every child is special and has their own strengths. This, I also like to work with parents to chart a personalized learning journey for their child. I prefer teaching a small group of students (maximum 10) or private coaching since it is easier to give attention to every student.
