I trust our rishis when they introduced yoga as the ultimate way to attain an over health which includes physical as well as mental health.

Today, too much imphasis is being given to the yoga postures alone. Yoga is much more. I believe in the traditional style of yoga where one works on the breathing,the body and the mind together to have a healthier and happier outlook.

Yoga can help one not only have a fit body, but it can help one have a strong and steady mind to face any situations in life. I am confident that I can deliver this.
