Which is the best method of self defense for female beginners?

Self-defense for beginners doesn't mean any specific martial art but using your existing power/energy/stamina and channelize in a specific way to use on your enemy. Specifically you do not need to kick super high or any fancy move. With a little flinch of your arm or waist you can knock down your attacker.... ...more
Self-defense for beginners doesn't mean any specific martial art but using your existing power/energy/stamina and channelize in a specific way to use on your enemy. Specifically you do not need to kick super high or any fancy move. With a little flinch of your arm or waist you can knock down your attacker. Generally we help beginners to empower their confidence through teaching the method of close combat. Teaching them the philosophy of self-defense, anger management, stamina buildup, improvement of reflex system and panic control method.
