I have been teaching Yoga and Meditation for the past 14 years and have guided many students in developing healthier lifestyles through regular practice and disciplined routines. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Yoga along with a Master of Arts (Yoga), and I am currently pursuing a PhD in Yoga to further deepen my knowledge and understanding of the subject. My academic background, combined with years of practical experience, helps me provide professional, structured, and effective Yoga and Meditation training suitable for students of different age groups and fitness levels.

Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in the field of Yoga and Meditation by working closely with students and helping them improve their physical and mental well-being. Along with teaching, I also run my own Yoga institute, where I guide individuals through different Yoga practices, breathing techniques, meditation sessions, and wellness-focused routines. My aim is to help students build strength, flexibility, concentration, and emotional balance through consistent practice.

I strongly believe that Yoga is not only a form of physical exercise but also a way to achieve mental clarity, discipline, and self-awareness. My sessions focus on creating a calm and supportive learning environment where students can practice comfortably and gradually improve their overall health. I guide students step-by-step according to their individual needs, whether they are beginners or experienced practitioners.

I also hold a Registration Certificate from the Maharashtra Acupuncture Council. These recognitions reflect my dedication, continuous learning, and professional commitment toward Yoga, wellness, and holistic health practices.
