I have completed Masters in Yoga Therapy from one of the best Universities in Yoga (SVYASA Bengaluru) , I am a certified Yoga Therapist. I have been fitness consultant since 2006 and my recent skills, education and experience on Yoga has significantly enhanced my ability to make positive impact in Practitioner’s quality of life. I am passionate about providing Yoga and values-based education to students that can transform their lifestyle and prepare them for happy and successful life - specially for students belonging to low-income families like in government regulated schools. I have also done several successful programs on weight loss which have not only produced outcome of weight reduction in most candidates but also resulted in significantly enhanced fitness and healthy lifestyle changes.
