I am Omkar Mhatre, a 500-hour certified Yoga Instructor from Govardhan School of Yoga, with training in Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Bhakti Yoga, and Sound Healing.
For the past three years I have been engaged in disciplined daily sadhana and deep study of the Bhagavad Gita, while also volunteering with IYS Mumbai and assisting in yoga and spiritual programs. I have experience guiding one-on-one yoga sessions, leading classes for physical and mental wellbeing, and conducting sound healing sessions for relaxation and balance.
I am sincerely seeking opportunities to grow as a yoga teacher under experienced guidance while supporting students in their physical, mental, and spiritual development.
