Teaching is an art.unfortunately in india this art is loosing significance.We have B.ed as the essential qualification for becoming a teacher,but i believe most essential qualification of a teacher is good communication skills and the ability to motivate students.These qualities in me and my experience of expensive and focus on irrelevant topics drived me to take up teaching as a profession.Education should come with guarantee that students will not go empty handed.I will make that sure.If their plan A does not work I will make sure they have a plan B which does work.
