We impart training in the field of Ashthang Yoga which is one of the most popular form of Yoga technique in the world. It is believe to be more than 10,000 year's old technique mentioned in our vedas & old Hindu literature.

We have developed customize courses after extensive research and global demand for different segment & various age groups. We offer Yoga courses for Kids (3 to 14 Year's), College Students, IT Professionals, Pregnant women, Housewife, Senior Citizen, etc.
