I have been teaching yoga since 2017. Alongside my experience as a yoga teacher, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Yoga became integral to my life when I struggled with PCOD and being overweight. Through consistent practice, I overcame these health challenges and experienced the transformative power of yoga firsthand. Since then, I have passionately advocated for and recommended yoga to others.
As a yoga teacher, I have had the privilege of witnessing yoga's profound benefits in my clients' lives. Many have found relief from various physical and mental ailments through regular practice. One notable example is a client who successfully reversed her thyroid condition through yoga. Another client, who had been diagnosed with diabetes, experienced significant improvement in their health and eventually achieved remission.
I am well-versed in teaching various yoga styles, including Yoga Vinya, Iyengar, Hatha Yoga, and Lyrical Yoga. My classes, whether conducted online or offline at my yoga studio, are one hour long and cater to all age groups. I believe in providing practical, hands-on instruction to ensure that my students understand the postures and experience the essence of yoga in their practice.
I also offer training to those interested in becoming yoga teachers. I can provide guidance and support to help individuals develop the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this field.
