I am Kartik, and I have been practicing yoga since my childhood. With over 15 years of experience, yoga has become an integral part of my life. I am passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with others, which is why I have been teaching yoga for more than 7 years.

To enhance my understanding and knowledge of yoga, I pursued a Master of Science degree in Yoga, which has deepened my insight into the ancient practice. My time in China was a unique experience where I worked as a yoga therapist for 2+ years, helping individuals on their wellness journeys.

In addition to my expertise in general yoga, I am a Certified Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga teacher. This certification allows me to guide expecting and new mothers through safe and beneficial yoga practices tailored to their needs.

Yoga has brought immense joy, balance, and well-being into my life, and I am dedicated to helping others achieve the same transformation through the practice of yoga. I believe in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for my students, encouraging them to explore their potential and discover the holistic benefits of yoga for both body and mind.
