I am a Yoga practitioner and yoga instructor. I have completed my Masters in Yogashastra (2 years course) from Kaivalyadham Yoga institute, Lonavala. Also, I have done 6 months diploma of Yoga from Rishikesh.
I have a experience of work with childrens and adults. I have conducted children's training camp of Siddha samadhi yoga (SSY). I used to take online yoga sessions.
I am open to work and make people aware about Traditional Yoga. I do take Asana, Pranayam, Meditation and Surya Namaskar in a yoga session. I want to instil the values of Yamas and Niyamas in the Every day lives of the people.
My aim is to develop and change lives of the future generations through the practice of Yoga.
