I have been teaching yoga and meditation since 7years now. Yoga practice has taught me patience. Control on emotions, stable mind, the management of unnecessary thoughts and prevention. Meditation is a not a destination it's a practice which should be a lifestyle and not to be practiced just for sake of doing. There are some practices and discipline one need to follow to reach to the state of Mind to be able to meditate. It will happen only when we start, we begin. Then why to wait for doing good. Let's start it now. I want to conduct a free meditation master class for "doing good" reason. As a Trainer, as a mentor. and earn satisfaction and Blessings. I hope good time we spent together towards healthy mind and body.
