I have been working in the field of health and fitness for over 15 years, with a strong focus on massage therapy and personal training. My journey began with a passion for physical wellness and has evolved into a full-fledged career where I guide individuals not only toward their fitness goals but also help them build sustainable, healthy lifestyles. Teaching massage therapy and personal training has been incredibly fulfilling, especially when I see my students develop confidence and practical skills that can transform lives.

I hold a CHPC (Certified Health & Physical Coach) certification, which I earned in 2014. Along with that, I’ve undergone professional training in massage therapy, which has deepened my understanding of the human body and how to address various physical concerns through therapeutic techniques. These qualifications have equipped me to teach both the scientific and hands-on aspects of personal training and massage therapy with clarity and precision.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients—from individuals recovering from injuries to those looking to build strength, flexibility, or reduce stress through therapeutic massage. My approach to both fitness and therapy is rooted in understanding the individual’s unique needs, and I extend the same philosophy to my teaching. I enjoy helping students from different backgrounds and levels of experience. Many have gone on to start their own practices or become successful fitness trainers themselves.

I prefer conducting offline classes because I believe practical subjects like massage therapy and personal training are best learned through real-time demonstrations and hands-on practice. In-person training allows me to give immediate feedback and help students understand techniques more effectively. I conduct both individual sessions and small group workshops to ensure focused attention.

When teaching, I focus on combining theory with practical training. I cover topics such as anatomy, physiology, muscle groups, postural alignment, and common client needs in fitness and therapy. I guide students through different massage techniques and workout plans, ensuring they understand not just how to perform them, but why they work. My aim is to make them job-ready, with a clear sense of responsibility and professionalism.

While I do not provide certification directly, I support my students in preparing for certification exams by guiding them through the required curriculum and helping them develop both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise. I am always available for mentoring and advice, even after the training is complete, and I take pride in being part of their success journey.

For me, teaching is not just about delivering lessons—it's about creating confident professionals who can make a positive difference in people’s lives. Whether it's through therapeutic healing or structured fitness training, I believe in empowering others with knowledge and skill that last a lifetime.
