I am a working IT professional with an experience of 9 years in a renowned organization. I have been practicing yoga for last 6-7 years. Last year, I decided to gain in-depth knowledge and have advanced level of understanding of Yoga. Thus, I joined instructor course and since then have developed immense love for this art. I wish to spread the goodness of this art, create awareness and share paramount benefits of Yoga with the society. I would like to impart my knowledge and skills in Yoga so others can also reap the immense health benefits Yoga has to offer.
I have excellent communication skills. Proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi languages. I am confident my knowledge would help my students to develop good health, flexibility, improved immunity and metabolism, improved focus, concentration and mental calmness from the asana and pranayama sessions we would practice.

I am available for early morning home tutor sessions three days a week as per mutual agreement with the students.
