Read more.. Reading gives you more confidence, Because when you are aware of things you get the confidence to speak. Start talking in front of smaller group ( it can be your own friend circle) by regular practice you will improve

Stand in front of a mirror and start speaking. Then record yourself on your phone and replay the video to watch you gestures and expressions.

Record your voice replay it, identify the points where you fumble or get stuck. Practices on your stage voice anddont forget 3 R - Read, research and rehearse. Also record your video while delivery.
